Boosting your Confidence

I picked up a really useful article this morning, I’ve learnt how much exercise can boost your self-confidence and make you feel pretty darn good about yourself over the last couple of years.  I’ve also met lots of people who have also found the same thing.

    This is just one of the many things exercise can do for you. It’s the “starting” that’s the hard thing.
    I always recommend getting dressed to exercise…even if you don’t want to…put on your walking shoes etc. Often, once you’re ready to go, it just makes sense to do it !

      so true! I still find it amazing how good you can feel. I use it to deal with low points too,
