For the Boys

Essentially men and women can lose weight in the same way however there are certain things that are different and are important to consider.  Let’s admit that the sexes do think differently too.

This site does offer resources you can buy however the free information is very good too, if you feel you need extra support, it might be worth a look.  Support groups like Weightwatchers and Slimming World can be useful for some but from my experience they are much more orientated towards women and their needs so do lose sight of the fact it can be a very different experience for men so something you can download and monitor yourself might be more attractive.
