I didn’t do any exercise whatsoever for 42 years, I really mean nothing as well. I was the girl who got her parents to get her out of PE classes when she was 14 so she could do extra maths, who was a great supporter of those who ran, swam, cycled, threw themselves out of planes etc. But me, I didn’t do activity of any kind.
Amazingly though I now can’t get enough, it is a vital part of keeping my weight loss sustained. I didn’t though do anything until I had lost 3 stones, read on to find out why.
If you think that by exercise I mean going to the gym, think again, I do go to the gym however there are a whole host of other things I do which are actually more important to how my body looks and feels today.
